Abstract :
It has proved that the function and effect of National Economy Mobilization System involved in Emergency management. Under emergency, how national economy mobilization works to extraordinary supply emergency material? What is the process of mobilization? These are the problems to study in this paper. The paper applies stochastic Petri net to model emergency material mobilization management chain. It constructs the corresponding Markov Chain in terms with the isomorphic relationship between SPN and Markov chain. Finally, related performance indices are obtained to improve the process of mobilization chain.
