Abstract :
The interactive relationship of human capital and industrial structure upgrading with correlation data of Liaoning province from 1998 to 2010 is analyzed based on manpower capital investment theory and econometric method. The result shows that there is a stable co-integration relationship between human capital and industrial structure upgrading of Liaoning province. Suggestions about the human capital investment policies are put forward.
