Abstract :
A fast cortical-imaging approach is proposed to reconstruct the equivalent source distribution in a four-layer head model. The key idea is to calculate the coefficient matrix K used in LORETA analytically by extracting the cortex potential contribution from dipoles inside brain. Numerical examples have shown the computational time is reduced greatly
