Abstract
We propose the use of the superposition theorem to reconstitute the three-dimensional field produced by a matrix of coils upper a conductive plate, from one axisymmetrical finite element computation. The validation of the model is obtained by comparison with both 3D finite element calculation and experimental results. In axisymmetric modeling, the proximity effect on the coil resistance is studied
