  • Abstract
    Data mining is an important technique in summarize and prediction in different industry. With the help of grid computer, the capability for data storage and efficiency of data mining process can be highly increased. Nowadays, most of studies focus on data replication mechanism and replica selection method, but ignore the part of service replica mechanism which is also important. In the paper, we propose a dynamic service replica process (DSRP) system based on service-oriented architecture (SOA). DSRP has a mechanism to create and delete service replica automatically to achieve better load-balancing and performance. In the process, each activity in data mining process is viewed as a Web service and placed in different computer on data mining grid. User can define different data mining task by selecting proper services and the replication mechanism is sprung from the result of usage. The Web services provide data extracting, data preprocessing, data mining algorithms and analysis.
