Abstract :
The permanent magnet design of outer rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor for hybrid electric vehicle considering partial demagnetization at high temperature and fault current is studied. And the effect of partial demagnetization is analyzed by finite element method. The analysis results are verified by the experimental one after partial demagnetization
