Abstract :
This paper deals with the measurement of electric potential distribution on the surface of piezoceramics. The electronic measuring device is presented, based on the capacitive coupling in order to obtain the electrical potential value and its pattern on the piezoelectric transformer. Experimental results are discussed and compared to theoretical ones in the context of application as plasma discharge generator.
