Exploration of low-carbon transport policies

With the promotion of low-carbon economy, all regions have introduced low-carbon transport policies. The most effective way of the low-carbon transportation policy is rail transport. However, this does not mean that the rail transport of carbon emissions is zero. On the contrary, the rail transport of carbon emissions cannot be ignored. Some cities develop low-carbon transport policies, but there is no about rail transport. Therefore, the development of low-carbon rail transportation policies and controlling carbon emissions of the rail transportation are essential. At present, the development of rail transportation has just started in China. And the research on low carbon rail transportation policy is extremely rare. This paper describes some of the low carbon rail transportation policy and provides a point of reference for the rail transportation of low carbon construction.
