Abstract
Based on Diffie-Hellman key agreement algorithm, the paper proposes a new efficient authentication scheme for MANET. The scheme haves the aid of Certificate Store server to issue mobile node´s Diffie-Hellman public key, on the base of which mobile nodes needing communication implement mutual authentication in Diffie-Hellman key agreement procedure. The communication after node authentication could adopt symmetry cryptographic algorithm which could lower computation and save resource of the MANET.
