Abstract :
This paper proposes a dynamic analysis method of a two-dimensional linear oscillatory actuator (LOA). In this method, magnetic field equation is coupled with motion equations of both rotation and linear motion of a mover employing 3-D finite element method (FEM). The usefulness of the method is verified by confirming the complex resonant oscillation of the mover when it is operated at different frequencies for both motions
