Research on system innovation of rural financial ecology construction

In order to support the development of “three rural”, governments have been devoting themselves to improving rural financial ecology construction for a few years. Many new-type rural financial institutions have been set up and many rural financial policies have been formulated. And the rural financial ecology environment has been perfected to some extent. But many problems, such as “financing difficulty”, “guarantee difficulty”, difficulty in dispersing agricultural risks, shortage of rural financial supply etc. still exist in rural financial ecology construction for the sake of system defects. Only by finding the system defects existing in rural financial ecology construction, analyzing the causes of the problems thoroughly, and carrying out system innovation according to rural practice, can we perfect rural financial ecology environment and promote rural economic and social development.
