Abstract :
On basis of numerical simulation and analytical treatment we investigate the harmonic passive mode-locking of fiber laser using the nonlinear polarization technique. Various mechanisms which can result in such harmonic passive mode-locking are analysed. The velocity for movements of pulses relative to each other resulting in pulse ordering in the cavity is determined.
