Abstract :
To make real estate management more effectively, it is an inevitable trend to develop the information system for real estate property right registration. Firstly, this paper proposes the concept and core applications of whole life cycle management of real estate property right registration based on analysis of all registration types. Then, several views and diagrams including requirement model, logic model, dynamic model, process model are constructed by using Unified Modeling Language (UML) which is an OOA tool. Finally, the information system is implemented to deal with all kinds of registration types and realize whole life cycle management of the real estate. it can improve the real estate managers working efficiency and provide support for decision-making.
