Such problems as how to effectively and rapidly cultivate high-quality talents needed urgently by the industry and how to cultivate world-class creative talents are what this project is committed to solve. The study will be carried out in the following two aspects; firstly, features of talents in the cultural and creative industry will be explored according to specific industry, post setting and key requirements of the industry. Secondly, talent cultivation model at each educational stage will be studied according to five educational stages. As for the cultivation model of top-notch talents, we need to take the overall educational situation into consideration, because it runs through every stage of education and it is top-level design and will be improved at every stage. And cultivation of the talents urgently needed by the industry will be elaborated from two educational stages, namely, higher education at undergraduate level and work education.
