Nowadays, Cultural Industries is one of the pillars a country mainly focuses on developing. Regional quality traditional culture is a very important resource in cultural industry. It has played a significant role in promoting culture industrialization development and efficiency. This industrialization development can be extended to form four basic types based on David Throsby Concentric Theory Layout. In the process of cultural development, it should be considered more from the perspective of the principal level and investment value chain, and form a reasonable operation mechanism.
