Abstract :
Successful ERP implementation can reduce operating costs and improve competitive strength for companies. However, whether ERP implementation is successful needs scientific evaluation criteria and method. Therefore, how to choose an appropriate evaluation method is a problem worthy of study. The paper established performance evaluation system of ERP implementation based on BSC, and then desired value according to operation data such as financial, strategic, internal operation and customer of a Xi´an company. Information entropy theory was used to calculate the index weight of factors, and credible degree recognition criteria were established by using uncertainty measurement theory at last. The conclusions of ERP implementation performance evaluation shows that this method can measure and evaluate the ERP performance effectively and also can order of performance degree. Compared with fuzzy synthetic evaluation method, the results shows that uncertainty measurement method is reasonable and can be applied to actual evaluations of companies.
