Abstract
It is shown that if a system dx /dt =F ( z ), for z ∈C n, F :C n→C n holomorphic, t ∈R , is locally asymptotically stable at some equilibrium point in the N th approximation for some N , then necessarily its linear part is asymptotically stable also
