Visual sense and the visual features of design

Visual sense is the most important sense for people, and people would use the visual sense most to get the information of the outside world, they would also use it the most to exchange the information in the man-machine system. The efficiency of the man-machine system and the stability of design would rely on the visual sense a lot. The key point of design and its function is how to make the exterior features of design fit the visual sense. Therefore, it´s very important and necessary to study the visual sense and exterior features of design to enhance the efficiency of man-machine system, and help the design to express itself by means of the exterior features, and help people to see and understand the design well and quickly. This paper analyses the visual sense and discusses many visual features of design, the study on the clear expression and conciseness of visual information would help designers to get some more ideas of how to design the exterior features.
