Abstract :
Service industry develops so fast that the researches in personalized service recommendation have lagged far behind it. Thanks to the research on improving customer experience and enhancing customer loyalty, electronic business enterprises can optimize their quality of service (Qos).However, some basic problems, among others, remain to be solved. One key problem is that customer´s personalized requirements change over time; the existing research of improving customer experience can´t fulfill customer´s dynamic requirements. The paper designed a dynamical optimization approach of personalized e-catalog (PEC) based on user personalized preference. And with the user preferences change over time, the ontology of PEC optimized though the following operations: add and delete nodes (branches).The improved e-catalog provide smart service which is more satisfied to the users´ needs and wants than the former PEC, and it would complete the recommendation of related products of enterprises. This paper may be used as a reference for electronic business enterprises to optimize standard of personalized service.
