  • Abstract
    The household appliances to the countryside policy is an important measure to thoroughly implement the scientific development concept, and to actively expand domestic demand. It is also the innovation and breakthrough of fiscal and trade policies. Household appliances to the countryside will bring the climax of rural appliances consumption, and at the same time there will appear a lot of waste household appliances. Recycling household appliances is not only an inevitable requirement of constructing two-oriented society, but also the necessary complement of improving the system for household appliances to the countryside. In this paper, the meaning of household appliances to the countryside and the status quo of rural waste household appliances recycling was analyzed, and a reverse logistics model of waste household appliances in rural areas was constructed in the context of household appliances to the countryside.
