Abstract :
Parameter self-setting fuzzy PID control algorithm for control drying temperature is applied to improve the problem about big fluctuations in temperature and high pellet broken rate of traditional control on Cold pressure ball drying system, and the controller create a intelligence temperature control system through combine fuzzy control and PID control. We can know that the control system has advantages of short adjustment time and good stable performance. It can get better performance of the dynamic response by using fuzzy PID controller than the traditional PID controller or fuzzy controller through the comparison MATLAB with the traditional PID controller and fuzzy controller.
