  • Abstract
    This paper presents the analysis and measurement of tapered microstrip patch antennas. The study considers several important structural parameters such as patch length, width, position, height, and feeding-point. The properties of a slotted and tapered patch antenna are investigated, as well. The proposed antenna is suitable for applications in mobile communication systems
