Abstract :
The supply chain is facing more and more risk due to the complexity of supply chain structure and the global operation strategy. A large amount of knowledge about supply chain risk transfer among the node enterprise of supply chain. This paper definite the risk control system for supply chain based on knowledge management from three aspects of expert knowledge sets, custom knowledge sets and relationship set between them. Through the application of risk knowledge base, this paper builds a complete system model of supply chain risk management. By the effective knowledge transfering and sharing, the anti-risk capability of whole supply chain can be proved greatly. And the method of Two-Dimension grey clustering analysis is adopted to evaluate the knowledge management level of risk control system,so that the node enterprise of supply chain can adjust immediately to avoid supply chain risk.
