Abstract
It is very important to advance the teaching and management level by using the modern Internet technology. Whether the teaching affairs management information system successful or not is due to the potential of the system could be exploited to maximum. Now we take the construction of the teaching affairs management information system of ZUST as an example to analysis and design the management idea and method. And we will state the system design idea and the reasons for choosing hardware and software which support the system.
