Abstract :
The problem of semiconductor supply chain coordinated planning with multiple wafer fabrication plants, multiple probe plants, multiple assembly plants and multiple final test plants is studied. A model of this problem was constructed, and a method based on knowledge evolution algorithm was proposed to solve this problem. An example was presented and by contrast with the method of particle swarm optimization algorithm, the simulation results demonstrated the validity of the proposed model and method, and it also indicated the optimization performance of knowledge evolution algorithm is better than particle swarm optimization algorithm.
