Abstract :
According to type B evaluation of uncertainty, A method is presented to predict position precision of CNC Heavy-duty Horizontal Lathe. A case studying on X axle feeding system, mathematical model of position precision which is based on standard uncertainty is established. Calculation results are compared with experiment truth-value, model´s feasibility is proved. It provides a theoretical basis for further enhance the position precision of heavy-duty CNC lathe.
