Abstract :
In this paper the design of an accumulating storage ring for the electron beam with ultra-fast automatic cooling is given. The electron beam can be continuously injected and accumulated in more than 1 MA at high energy. It can contain deuterium and tritium at about one per cent and confine them to realize fusion. The choice of the cooling magnet and the lattice design are introduced
