Abstract :
The paper elaborates on the autonomic discovery and selection of usable Web service of information security according to the request and the establishment of correct combined model to feedback to the provider of the request. The paper put forward the idea of environment-orientated capability description of the Web service of information security, which combine the request and the description of the Web service of information security by basing them on their common environment. having established the environment ontology of the Web service of information security, on the basis of ontology, the paper describes the service capabilities in two aspects: the environment where the Web service of information security lies and the changes of the environment brought by the Web service, at last, the resource state Tran_Graph model of information security Web service ability is given.
