Abstract
Industrial transfer is the inevitable product of development of market economy, and some industries will be transferred, thus achieving the optimal allocation of scarce resources. Actively promoting China´s central region to undertake industrial transfer has great and profound significance. This paper analyzes the significance of the central region to undertake industrial transfer, and then study the experience of three countries and regions which are United States, South Korea, and Taiwan. In the third part of the paper, it learns from the experience of the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta region. Its object is to analyze the state of the central region to undertake industrial transfer. Finally the paper puts forward some policy recommendations to improve the level of the central region to undertake industrial transfer, promoting the transfer speed.
