Abstract :
Two new representations of higher-order transition boundary conditions are presented for uniaxial homogeneous-bianisotropic layers, which are expressed in the vectorial and scalar form, respectively. The differential operators on the tangential field vectors and normal field components are cast into the first- and second-order polynomials in normal derivatives, respectively
