Abstract :
To take into account the source current on magnetostatics, equivalent source fields may be introduced. Methods based on tree techniques have been proposed to calculate such fields in the finite element method. A given current source can correspond to a large number of different source field compositions. The impact of the source field choice on the solution and also on the numerical behavior of the numerical problem is here investigated
