The economic structure is an extremely complex system, the complicated characteristics of economic structure system are not merely embodied in the external function of the system, and whatpsilas more, its resource lies in the intrinsic mechanism. The operating mechanism of regional economic structure system reflects the forming process of the system, which should be the important key for the system possessing its properties.
