Abstract :
In multi-cluster sensor network, the inter-cluster interference is a factor to bring packet loss and energy cost. In this paper, a slot pre-allocation algorism to deal with the inter-cluster interference in TDMA based sensor network is proposed. The algorism is totally based on TDMA MAC, without using frequency enlarged methods such as CDMA and FDMA, can be easily implemented and not demands additional requirements to hardware. It is evaluated that the algorism proposed in this paper has high performance in reducing the inter-cluster interference.
