Abstract :
The information management software is converting from MIS to ERP in Chinese electric power enterprise at present. MIS has played a great role in promoting the development of the electric power enterprise in China. But while many problems still exist, which block the development of MIS, and these problems will be reflected in the implementation of ERP. The problems are analyzed in this paper, and methods and countermeasures are proposed to solve these problems. Hoping that this will have good affects on electric power enterprise´s MIS and the future construction of the ERP.
