            Abstract : 
Analyzing the stratum resistivity variation is one of the basic methods to predict earthquake. In this paper, a method for estimating the resistivity variation of horizontal multi-layer earth from the test data by Wenner´s method is presented. The partial derivatives of the earth apparent resistivities with respect to the earth parameters, which are improper integrals with Bessel´s function, are efficiently calculated by complex image method
