            Abstract :
Optical coherence tomography is a promising technique for monitoring the sub-clinical change that occurs not only in the mucosa surface, but also within the mucosa layer to improve the diagnostic accuracy. In this study, a hydraulic pumped optical scanning probe is designed for in-vivo detection of colon lumen by integrating with the colonoscope. Quantification algorithm of OCT image characteristics is also demonstrated.
