            Abstract : 
Isochronous electron storage rings may offer advantages for future high luminosity meson factories. A quasi-isochronous lattice based on the design principle of flexible γT lattice is studied. The emittance and chromatic properties of such a lattice are studied. Applications of this design technique for electron storage rings will be discussed
