Approach to requirements analysis applied to an interactive digital television system iDTV

This paper presents a proposal for the requirements analysis process applied to an interactive digital television system, model driven and oriented towards application of t-commerce and t-banking. It presents the processes involved, from the definition and elicitation of requirements, until the submission of the architecture of the system, using methodologies such as GBRAM, I*, KAOS, within the context of the elicitation of requirements based on objectives and methodology Sun Tone AM to generate the architecture of the system, also shows the importance of having a correct and complete definition of requirements to facilitate and enhance the stages of analysis, design and software development for this new type of interactive systems.
