Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

With the development of the era, it is proved that art design specialty and pure arts are considerably different. There common fundamental content on sketch, literary sketch, and color and shape courses must be planned with different consideration. Not only in enrollment, but in teaching, their professional characteristics should be intruded and students should be taught according to their various nature. Especially for those comprehensive universities´ art design school, they must have their own strategy in teaching and talent training. That is, establishing their own scientific teaching patterns and rules.
