Abstract :
The forth party logistics is a modern logistics operation mode which provides comprehensive supply chain solutions for the customers. This paper puts forward a web services-based information service platform for the forth party logistics based on the analysis of information management requirements for the forth party logistics. Furthermore, some key enable technologies supporting for the forth party logistics information service platform are studied, which including Web service encapsulation technology for logistics services and constructing technology for logistics services chain. The realization of the information service platform provided an information operation platform for the forth party logistics.
