To study several major real estate industry in the listed company for the target, the overall competitiveness level in based on the understanding of competitive company boss, based on competitiveness evaluation index system, on the basis of SPSS, using factor analysis and strictly in accordance with the procedure of factor analysis for 15 listed property competitiveness evaluation, comprehensive score and the objective evaluation, real estate listed companies in the overall competitiveness levels, presented the results are analyzed and the healthy development of real estate industry policy Suggestions.
