Abstract :
Since 1971, the Microwave Department of the ´Centre d´Ã©tudes et de recherches de Toulouse´ is effecting research on the problem of measuring temperature and power density in electromagnetic fields. The possibility of obtaining a dielectric microprobe not interfering with electromagnetic waves was studied.
