Abstract :
This paper presents partial results of the development of a research project, therefore, outlines the most relevant concepts of a computer model, which performs data analysis to support the use of a process of risk management in software projects. The first instance, presents a framework of risk management processes and the selection of one of them, then, we present the characterization of information to be used in data mining techniques for the implementation of process chosen risk management. Finally, we show the design of the computational model that takes advantage of a data warehouse and data mining technique selected, which will generate recommendations that support the use of risk management process.
