Abstract :
This paper mainly analysis the current relevant literature and typical case, and summarize the advantages and disadvantages, based on which, the author refines the strategy of building a learning platform for scientific inquiry. According to the strategy, it constructs a platform model including the core layer of studying level, the auxiliary tool level and the system management level. Besides, the author implements the system with rich media flex technology.
