In order to evaluate availability comprehensive strength of real estate company and enact management strategy of company sustainable development, on the basis of determining a evaluating system of comprehensive strength of real estate company the paper determines factorial score model of debt paying ability, operating ability, earning capacity and growth ability, and they symbolizes company comprehensive strength. By computing factorial score the paper realizes comprehensive evaluation of comprehensive strength of real estate company. At the same time the paper establishes strategic decision chart of company comprehensive strength - sustainable development according to the Matrix chart of competitive edge - path quantity of acquisition competitive edge introduced by BCG, it will provide scenic reference for programming business strategy of real estate company.
