Abstract :
In our study, we develop an integrated system to support Service-Learning programs, which combine the community service and experiential learning. In this program, all students must attain the training courses in order to familiar with IT skills, networking fundamentals and marketing principles. After finishing their training programs, they will provide their services to people who really need in orphanages or back countries. These courses include "Management Information System", "Networking Fundamentals", "Network Marketing" and "Web System Management and Design". To achieve these objectives, "cloud computing", "mobile computing" and "social network" have to be studied and integrated into our system. Not only the web-based system is constructed for offering information and missions, but also the mobile system is designed to assist students when they are on the way providing services for communities. Our stuff can get information and online troubleshooting from backend server via the mobile system. Our mobile system also facilitates collaborative learning to complete service missions. Finally, we analyze the information gather from whole process with Apache Hadoop cloud computing platform, including the questions, communication logs, trace logs and notes. The analysis results would provide other information and knowledge for our students and system in the future.
