Abstract :
The analysis of traditional road logistics mode and existing problems in constructing information platform have brought about the design method of building a national road logistics information platform. With the Internet as the main vector, and combined with computers, communications and positioning technologies, this SMS-system based platform was finally established. It is comprised with four parts. And this platform has solved the problems of vehicle and source supply, costs, monitoring of goods in transit in the operation of logistics.
