Party construction of college students, as the core of building morality education system under the new situation, is the most effective way to strengthen the ideological and political work of students comprehensively. This paper makes in-depth research on effectiveness of improving college Party construction, and analyzes problems in the construction in detail. In addition, this paper studies the effective operational mechanism of college Party construction, which requires that standardize Party´s admission procedure and materials, create Party branch meeting and set service posts in multi-channel, polish the Party´s nature in practice and establish examination mechanism to inspire student Party branch and student Party member to “establish excellent Party organization and strive to be outstanding Party member”. These effective ways are of great importance to strengthening college Party construction, give full play to vanguard and exemplary role of student Party member and key functions of student Party branch, as well as enhancing the influence of Party construction of college students in the ideological and political work.
