Agile Adoption Story from NHN

NHN has moved two hundred teams (including more than three thousand software developers, testers, designers, team leaders, project managers and project facilitators) from waterfall development to agile development for the last three years. We have focused on creating self-organizing teams, debt-free iterative development, transparency and automation. It took us about three years of incremental improvements to get to where we are now, and we are continuously trying to improve our organization.
