Study sense of teaching efficacy in military institute of professional education

Teaching efficacy is an important aspect of military institute of professional education. Paying attention to enhancing teaching efficacy is an important task to development and study professional education of military. The paper discussed the meaning of the sense of professional education teaching efficacy, analyzed its functions and characteristics from different aspects, proposed strategies to construct the sense of professional education teaching efficacy. Tt is of great significance in enhancing professional education teachers´ abilities.
